Do I need to keep the site open for my bots to work?
No. Bots run on our trading engine, not in your browser, so you can close the site. You only need it to create, change or follow your bots.
Good to know
- If our trading engine stops, bots don't buy or sell while it's stopped, and they carry on when it's back. Your coins stay in your own exchange account the whole time.
- If the connection to your exchange is lost, the bot can't trade until it's restored. Orders aren't placed on the exchange in advance, so a target can be missed while the connection is down.
