Plans, commission, upgrades and renewal.
- When is the profit commission charged?Only when a bot sells at a profit. The commission is a share of the profit from the price movement, set by your plan: the current rates are on the Pricing page. If the result after exchange fees is a loss or zero, there's no commission, and it's never more than what's left after those fees. Nothing is charged on buying or on unrealized profit.
- How do I upgrade my plan, and what does it cost?You pay only the price difference for the time left, and your end date stays the same. For example (example prices), moving from a $60 plan to a $100 plan with half a year left costs $20.
- What happens when my subscription ends?Your bots stop buying new coins until you renew. Selling at your targets continues, so your open trades aren't stuck. Your settings and purchases are kept. Renewal is manual, and you get reminders before the end date.
